Biography
Maíta Fernandez-Armesto is an architect and Master in Landscape Architecture, currently Public Space Director for the Gràcia District in Barcelona. She has held leadership roles at the Barcelona City Council, including Deputy Manager for Urban Planning&Housing and Urban Ecology, and coordinated mobility projects. She was also Senior Programme Manager at the City Resilience Profiling Programme of UN-Habitat, with prior experience in municipal infrastructure and the private sector.Sessions
