It’s as simple as this
SELECTION CRITERIA
01_The solution must be related to one of the event topics.
02_The solution must be self-standing.
03_The solution must be a prototype or a pilot and not already in the commercial market.
04_ Solutions coming from startups exhibiting in the event will be prioritised.
05_ The product should offer a new or significantly improved solution.
LOGISTICS
Demo solutions must be installed on 1 and 2 November between 08:00 and 20:00. The device must be fully installed by 20:00 on 2 November at the latest.
Only small, hand‑carried items may be removed on 5 November from 17:30 onwards. Any valuable material should be removed as soon as possible. Fira Barcelona does not assume responsibility for materials that are not removed.
On 5 November, vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall. They may access the venue only up to the nearest side door to your exhibition space.
Vehicles will be allowed to enter the hall for disassembly and removal starting on 6 November at 08:00. We recommend removing the demo solution as soon as possible to avoid any interference with the disassembly of surrounding elements.
We recommend that at least one team member accompanies the device throughout the three days of the event (3–5 November), as well as during the installation, disassembly, and removal of your demo solution.
