Biography

Debra Lam is Founding Executive Director of the Partnership for Innovation, a public-private engine for innovation, workforce, and economic growth. Formerly Pittsburgh’s first Chief of Innovation and an Arup consultant, she’s an Apolitical Top 100 honoree, Georgetown and Berkeley alum, board leader, and smart cities co-author.
