Biography

Cándido Pérez Serrano joined KPMG in July 2010. Previously, he was the General Director of Budgets and Economic Analysis for the Community of Madrid. He has been a General Administration Technician (Economic branch) for the Madrid City Council since 1990. His roles at the City Council included Director of Services for Municipal Companies and Autonomous Bodies; Executive Collector for the Madrid City Council; and Manager of the Executive Collection Company. He also served as a Technical Advisor and held various posts in the Budget Department. Also, he has been General Manager of the Radiotelevisión Española Group.
