Michelle Perino is Co-CEO of PHID, a Latin American policy hub turning evidence into inclusive public infrastructure. She leads SIPCI, Brazil's first anticipatory Digital Public Infrastructure, using identity, payment, and climate-alert systems to protect 12 million elderly citizens before disasters strike, cutting emergency costs. An LSE-trained policy architect building partnerships between international universities, organizations and municipal governments, Michelle shows policymakers and finance leaders how anticipatory infrastructure saves lives and budgets alike.
