Biography

Lucie Kirstein is EIT Urban Mobility’s Mobility Data Expert since May 2025. With 10 years’ experience in policy, economics, innovation, she led acatech’s EU projects, coordinating EMDS with 45 partners; served on the EC’s Data Innovation Board; and at ITF/OECD advised ministries and authored studies on regulation and decarbonisation.
