Biography

Architect with a Master’s in Interior Design and currently pursuing a Specialization in Real Estate Valuation. With over 14 years in municipal public administration, he served as Head of Department in Urban Development and is now part of Mérida’s IMPLAN. Since 2024, he has been a lecturer at UADY.
