Biography
Albert Lladó is Head of Policy at United Cities and Local Governments, steering the organization’s political strategy and engagement in multilateral for, ensuring that local and regional governments are at the forefront in shaping global agendas. He previously served with the United Nations, at the UN Multidimensional Mission in Mali and the UN Verification Mission in Colombia. He supported peace building and sustainable development efforts. He holds a Master’s in International Public Management, majoring Diplomacy, from Sciences Po Paris, and degrees in Political Science and Journalism.Sessions
