From Smart City Technology to Results: The City Operator Model
Pilots and dashboards are not results. In this keynote, Bright shows what changes when a company acts as a city operator rather than a supplier: designing, building and operating energy, e-mobility and lighting infrastructure, and staying accountable for outcomes.
