Biography
Fernanda Burla holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She is an educator with postgraduate qualifications in Psychopedagogy, Neuroscience, and Organizational Intelligence. With over 25 years of experience in public service and more than 15 years in leadership roles, she serves as Director of the Office for Early Childhood Governance at the Rio de Janeiro City Hall, leading the development of the city's Integrated Early Childhood Policy. She also teaches graduate courses at UNISUAM.
