Biography
Silvia Rossi is an architect and innovation manager, General Director of Clust-ER Build, the Emilia-Romagna regional innovation cluster for the building and construction sector. She leads collaborative R&D, technology transfer and strategic partnerships, with a focus on sustainability, urban resilience and innovative business models. An experienced EU project manager and international speaker, she is also NEB Advisor, BIMeet Ambassador and President of AIDIA, the Italian Association of Women Engineers and Architects.
