Biography
Rick Cole is a member of the Pasadena City Council. He's served as Mayor of Pasadena; City Manager in three California cities; and Dpty. Mayor and Chief Dpty. Controller for the City of LA. Called "one of Southern California's most visionary planning thinkers," he's an adjunct urban policy professor at Pepperdine University and Occidental College.
