Pierre PHILBERT
Pierre PHILBERT | WISP Solutions Vincennes, France
Biography
Pierre Philbert is CEO and co-founder of WISP Solutions, the French start-up that turns connected-vehicle data into AI-driven traffic-light control, with no new sensors. Since 2021 he has been in touch with more than 300 cities, which shaped WISP’s approach: give cities visibility first, then let AI do the tuning. Pierre bridges product, business and tech, and today leads a team serving 35 local authorities across France.Sessions
