Biography
Oula Järvinen is Principal Consultant at Gofore with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, AI and technology strategy. He works with governments, cities and international organisations across Europe, Africa and Asia on AI strategies, digital public infrastructure, data exchange and smart cities. He supported the development of Zambia’s National AI Strategy and earlier worked at Nokia in technology and intellectual property roles.
