Biography
Founder & team leader at Autosafety Uganda, winner of the 2022 ITF Innovation Award & 2022 World Smart City Innovation Award. With 10+ years in automotive maintenance and IT, he's advancing emissions research in E.Africa & works with informal mechanics to improve vehicle maintenance, cut emissions and strengthen road safety. He trained in environmental leadership at UC Berkeley & in environmentally friendly recycling of end-of-life vehicles in a UNIDO/KAIHO - Japan Programme. GIZ & Agora Verkehrswende nominated him among 17 Africans as a Catalyst for Change in Sustainable Mobility in Africa.Sessions
