Dr. Flament is CTO at 5GAA, the global industry association for the development of connected cars. Maxime has more than 20 years of experience in Research and Innovation for mobile networks, connected & automated vehicles, ADAS, and ITS. Maxime holds a PhD and MSc in Mobile Communication Systems from Chalmers Technical University, Sweden.
