Biography

Graduated in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and holder of a Master’s Degree in Accessibility and Smart Cities. Career Officer of the Higher Scale of Traffic Technicians, with extensive experience in mobility and road safety. As Deputy Director at the Spanish Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT), I was part of the senior management team responsible for national road safety policies and represented Spain before the European Commission.
