Biography
Dr. Chinemelu is a lecturer and researcher, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre. A registered Town Planner, urban development expert, and African policy strategist. Dr. Chinemelu represents Nigeria on the United Nations Expert Working Group on the People-Centered Smart Cities Framework and has served as a UN-Habitat Urban Development Expert on affordable housing delivery. Her research focuses on affordable housing, urban resilience, strategic leadership, and the development of inclusive, people-centred cities across Africa.
