Biography
Josep M. Aguirre i Font (Figueres, 1981) holds a PhD in Law and is a professor of Administrative Law at the University of Girona, where he won the 2013 Extraordinary Doctoral Prize. His research focuses on urban planning, housing, and the impacts of climate change. Within the Government of Catalonia, he has served as Secretary General for Economy and Finance (2024), President of the ICF (2024), and Director General for Assets (2022–2024). He is currently a member of the Legal Advisory Commission of the Government of Catalonia.Sessions
