Biography
Gianluca is an economist, entrepreneur and former Wall Street executive. As CEO of DG Advisors, he guides companies, cities, and global organizations—including Tomorrow.City USA, the EU Commission, the World Bank, Amundi—on tech strategies. He previously served as advisor to NYC mayor, NYC FDI chief, and Managing Director, Tech Partnerships, at the NYC Housing Authority. He is Founder & Chair of I³/NYC, a nonprofit supporting Italy’s tech ecosystem. Author of Viva New York, with foreword by former NYC mayor, on urban transformation, holds master’s degrees from Yale and Bocconi Universities.Sessions
