Clare Hart is Vice-President of Montpellier Mediterranean Metropolis and City Councillor in charge of international relations and European cooperation. Committed to inclusive, forward-looking cities, she works at the intersection of urban development, innovation and global partnerships. Since February 2026, she has served as Co President of LUCI, the international network of cities on urban lighting, bringing her experience in business leadership and public governance to strengthen international cooperation and the role of cities in addressing global challenges.Sessions
