Biography

Carolina Londoño is Executive Director of Ruta N, Medellín's innovation hub, and a biomedical engineer with a PhD in Medical Sciences and a master's in Biochemistry. With over 20 years of experience in science, higher education and innovation, she connects government, academia and industry to advance technology transfer, entrepreneurship and economic development. Her work focuses on strengthening innovation ecosystems and advancing artificial intelligence and digital talent to address urban challenges and build a knowledge-based economy.
