Althumairy is the Deputy Mayor of Digital Transformation & Smart City Municipality, with over 20 years of experience leading digital Riyadh Regional innovation across government and private sectors. He previously served as CTO and VP of Technology at Thiqah Business Services, where he scales -spearheaded AI research, technology partnerships, and large transformation programs. Ahmad holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and executive programs at Stanford, ESADE, and NUS.
