This interactive workshop explores how stadium cities can leverage major events to advance both sustainable fan travel and develop vibrant, mixed-use stadium districts. Through case studies in Amsterdam & Manchester, participants will examine challenges around event-day mobility, public transport integration, placemaking, governance and long-term area development, while identifying opportunities for collaboration, pilot projects and knowledge sharing.
