This closed-door session explores how cities and event stakeholders can design resilient mobility systems for major events and external shocks. Through case studies (e.g. Amsterdam, Manchester) and scenario-based exchanges (EURO 2028, Ryder Cup 2027), participants will identify risks, share practical solutions, and co-develop strategies for managing peak demand, visitor flows and complex transport contexts.
