Many cities have an artificial intelligence strategy. Tampere has turned its digital vision into a service for residents and visitors. With Microsoft, Tampere built the City Experience Assistant: one trusted conversation with your personal city assistant or helper to avoid repetition, bringing together services and information once scattered across separate systems. Hear how leadership commitment and trusted intelligence, built on governed data, changed the daily experience for citizens and travelers. Leave with one pattern any city can reuse, and a first look at where Tampere takes it next.
