Joanna Majdecka

Biography

Since 18 years in the Municipality of Krakow. I implemented EU projects on sustainable mobility and successfully encouraged authorities to finance Poland's first on its scale campaign encouraging bicycle commuting. I deal with different actions aiming to convince people to travel within the city by bikes. I have the rare and great privilege of combining my work with a sense of mission accomplishment. I treat my bicycle as a means of daily transportation regardless of the season :) I can't imagine my life without nature, traveling, my cat, friends and good books.
