Biography
He is Chair of the European Commission Housing Advisory Board, a director of the Laudato Si Movement and a policy fellow with Catalyse Europe, working on the development of more flexible and efficient electricity grids. He is also a regular contributor to the Irish Times Opinion pages.
He was the Minister for Environment, Climate, Communications and Transport in the Irish Government from June 2020-January 2025.
