Ameth Guevara is a transportation professional specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and smart mobility. He is Head of the Transit Devices Department at Panama’s Traffic and Transportation Authority (ATTT), where he manages a nationwide ITS system and leads the deployment of intelligent traffic infrastructure.
