Albert Ferré

Biography

Albert holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ETSEIB, an MBA from ESADE and a General Management Programme qualification from IESE. He spent much of his career in banking, holding senior roles in corporate development, financial planning, management control, compensation and labour relations. He is also a co-founder of Pensium, which develops financial solutions for long-term care. Albert joined Hàbitat3 in 2021 and was appointed Managing Director in 2024, bringing his management and financial experience to the leadership of its social mission.
