Biography
Yusuke has led smart city policies as the chief digital officer of Kobe City since August 2022. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo in 2007 and has worked in public policy planning for the Japanese national government. His current projects include promoting evidence-based policymaking in Kobe City.
