Ted has over 20 years of experience in the field of economics, development aid, digitalisation and innovation. He has worked in many different countries including Afghanistan and Timor-Leste. Currently based in the Netherlands, he is one of publicroam's founders, the initiative to realize seamless, secure and free access to public wifi-networks
