Biography

Dr. Sattam is the CEO of Smart City Center of Excellence in the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), and the Assistant Director for Insights at the National Information Center (NIC). He received his PhD in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine; and he his Master’s degree in Computer Science from USC.
