Santiago Garces grew up in Bogotá, Colombia. As Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Boston, a member of Mayor Michelle Wu's Cabinet leading Innovation and Technology. Santi has previously held positions as CIO in South Bend and Pittsburgh.
