Manel Villalante is Renfe's General Director of Development and Strategy, President of czech operator Leo Expres and CEO of Renfe of America. In addition, since January 2019 he has been President of the UIC's Global Passengers Forum and since July 2023, he has held the presidency of the In-Move cluster.
