Külle Tärnov is leading the innovation side of the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities. She has developed the piloting programme where the first 6 solutions are piloted and on their way towards scaling. She has extensive experiences also from Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and IT company, EKTACO.
