Biography

Jordi Vaquer is the Secretary General of Metropolis, the global association of 150 cities and metropolitan areas above 1 million inhabitants from all continents. He also teaches at IBEI - the Barcelona Institute for International Studies, and is a frequent media commentator on international affairs.
