Biography
Dr. Jordi Vaquer is Secretary General of Metropolis, the World Association of Major Metropolises. Previously, he held leadership roles at the Open Society Foundations and CIDOB, the Barcelona Center for International Affairs.
He holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and is Affiliated Faculty at IBEI – Barcelona Institute for International Studies.
