Biography
Jordi Isern-Fontanet is graduated in Physics and holds a PhD in Applied Physics. He is researcher at the Institut de Ciències del Mar (CSIC) and member of the board of directors of the Institut Català de Recerca per a la Governança del Mar (ICATMAR). He is the head of the ICATMAR’s recently created Operational Oceanography Service.Sessions
