Biography
Jordi Cirera (Barcelona, 1963) graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona) with a B.S in Computer Engineering.
Now he is implementing the Innovation Directorate, defining the new telecommunications network service and collaborating in the team that is defining the Barcelona Digital Twin at Barcelona City Council.
