Biography
Mr Matos is a member of the Federal Data Processing Service (SERPRO). He has served as the Assistant Secretary for Planning, Budget, and Management, as well as the Undersecretary for Management Modernization in Belo Horizonte. In addition to his government roles, he is an active Professor in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
