Biography
As the founder of Urban AI, Hubert institutionalised the study of urban artificial intelligence, and has built a large global network of technologists, municipalities, and stakeholders who interact with artificial intelligence in urban contexts. He is the author of several pioneering works in this field, and a Lecturer at Sorbonne Université.
