Biography
Hartwig manages UNITAC, the UN Innovation Technology Accelerator for Cities, of UN-Habitat, OICT and HafenCity University. In UNEP he oversaw assessments, water, ocean, air monitoring and contributed to Digital Transformation. Before he was advisor on RD&D to the Climate Technology Centre and Network of UNFCCC.
