Biography

Gustavo Henric Costa, better know as "Guti", is the youngest politician in Guarulhos to rise to the position of city councilor and mayor, now serving his second term as head of the Municipal Executive. He is a Law Bachelor at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and is working on his Master`s degree on Smart and Sustainable Cities at UNINOVE.
