I have a PhD in Applied Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, is Professor in the Department of Economics at UFES and Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Smart Cities at UFES/UNAC. I was a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank for Big Data and Smart City and leader of the Smart Cities Laboratory – LabCity.Sessions
