Biography
Mr. David Tan is the Assistant CEO (Development Group) of JTC. He oversees JTC's digital technology; land planning and redevelopment; architecture; and procurement and contract management; and the development of JTC's next generation smart and sustainable estates such as Punggol Digital District.
