Biography
Coen has worked with Smart Cities and TM2.0 since 2007. In 2015, he became responsible for the 5G portfolio of a Dutch RTO, adding relevant experience. Later, he moved back towards advanced ITS concepts like AIM and Traffic Flow as a Service. At ERTICO, he is tying the knowledge of these fields within large-scale international EU projects.Sessions
