Biography

Councilmember Bob Blumenfield has served on the Los Angeles City Council since 2013. From 2008 to 2013, he served in the California State Assembly. He is focused on increasing use of technology to improve delivery of City services, addressing the digital divide, and ensuring the City budget funds these priorities.
