Victor Mulas is TDLC Program Manager. He joined the Bank in 2010 and has been since involved in numerous operations and technical assistance initiatives at the intersection of technology, innovation, start-ups, and cities, across regions. He led Bank-wide programs to mainstream innovation and technologies in operations, including the Innovation Acceleration Program and the Disruptive Technologies for Development (DT4D) Program.
