Pol. Capt. Dr. Trelup Toopgrajank, Graduated Ph.D. of business administration in business law in 2015 and became mayor of Rangsit, Pathum Thani Thailand in 2021. Since the first day, Smart city has been the main policy to recreate the city for a better life of people in the future.
