Thomas Geier is researcher and project manager with the association of European Metropolitan Transport Authorities (EMTA), seconded from Verkehrsverbund Ost-Region (VOR) in Vienna. Thomas is a transport and mobility engineer and holds a master’s degree in business administration in digital business.
